He noted that the project is based on the "15-minute living" concept, which ensures easy access to essential services and facilities via dedicated pedestrian pathways. It also features a central, car-free zone—a hub for green spaces, water features, and areas for social activities.
He further pointed out that the project’s master plan allocates 22% of the land to buildings, while 78% is dedicated to green spaces and water features—totaling approximately 35,000 square meters (about 8.5 feddans).
