Matter Makers celebrated the launch of its new project, “Ganoub Hub,” in the South Academy area of New Cairo during a major event held at the Dusit Hotel in Fifth Settlement. The event was attended by more than 900 clients and real estate marketing companies, alongside announcements on updates regarding the company’s other projects.
Dr. Ahmed Mostafa Mabrouk, Chairman of Matter Makers, stated that the launch of “Ganoub Hub” comes as part of the company’s strategy to deliver innovative developments that align with the evolving real estate market. He emphasized that the project represents a fully integrated model combining a prime location, modern design, and advanced services, enhancing investment opportunities in the South Academy area, which is witnessing increasing demand for commercial and administrative activities.
Abdelrazek El-Chihi, CEO of the company, explained that the project spans 3,076 square meters and consists of a sunken ground floor, a ground floor, and three upper floors. It includes administrative and commercial units designed according to the latest international standards. He added that the project offers a fully integrated working environment featuring security and guarding systems, modern elevators, escalators, central air conditioning systems, parking areas, and a variety of leisure services.
Amr Gamal, Sales Director, confirmed that the company is offering a diverse range of investment opportunities alongside the launch of “Ganoub Hub.” He noted that the project provides flexible payment plans starting from a 10% down payment, with installment periods of up to 8 years.
He added that, in parallel, the company continues developing “Nedit Tower,” which delivers strong investment returns under multiple payment systems, starting from a 10% down payment and offering returns of up to 180%.
He also highlighted that the company is developing “PMC,” which has reached advanced construction stages of up to 80% completion and offers investment returns of up to 120%. He emphasized that these projects reflect the diversity of the company’s portfolio and its ability to meet the needs of different client segments, whether those seeking high returns or flexible payment plans.
Regarding architectural design, Eng. Mohamed Tammam, CEO of Archrete Engineering Consultancy, stated that the collaboration with Matter Makers reflects a shared vision of delivering projects with international standards. He explained that the design of “Ganoub Hub” focuses on maximizing space efficiency while maintaining both aesthetic and functional aspects, providing a fully integrated user experience.
On the management and operations front, Mohamed Galal, CEO of TSM Project Management, noted that the company will manage and operate several Matter Makers projects using the latest professional systems, ensuring the preservation of investment value and achieving high occupancy rates and operational efficiency.
During the event, Matter Makers signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radisson Hotel Group, reflecting the company’s direction toward enhancing the operational value of its developments.
Ayman Ezz El-Din, Development Director, expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration, noting that Radisson Hotel Group operates around 1,400 hotels worldwide, with a strong presence in Egypt including 6 operational hotels and 6 under construction, as well as nearly 100 hotels across the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
He added that the group aims to expand within the Egyptian market to reach 30 hotels by 2030, highlighting that the partnership with Matter Makers represents an important step toward achieving this goal.
He also pointed out that the “Park Inn by Radisson” brand is a modern and flexible hospitality concept targeting business travelers, offering a practical and comfortable stay that aligns with the nature of mixed-use developments.
Ezz El-Din concluded that the collaboration between Matter Makers, TSM, and Archrete reflects strong integration among all parties, contributing to the project’s targeted success and marking the beginning of a long-term partnership in the coming period.
